A chauffeur package books the car and the driver for a block of time rather than for a single journey. Instead of paying per transfer, you have a Mercedes and an English-speaking chauffeur at your disposal for four, eight or twelve hours, and you decide where it goes as the day unfolds.
It suits the days a transfer does not: three meetings across two continents, a family seeing the city at its own pace, a wedding party, or a guest who would rather not think about parking, traffic or where the car is waiting. The driver stays with you throughout, so it is the same face and the same car from the first stop to the last.
The Family package puts you in the VIP Vito, which seats five with room for luggage and pushchairs, and child seats come at no extra charge. It is the one most families take for a day around the old city or along the Bosphorus, and it is the only package that can be settled in cash with the driver.
The Business package lets you pick the car: the E-Class for a straightforward executive day, the S-Class when the car is part of the impression. Route changes through the day cost nothing, which matters when a meeting overruns and the whole afternoon shifts.
Top Tier is the full-service day. It pairs the S-Class and a senior chauffeur with airport Fast Track and Meet & Greet, so a host walks you through the terminal, a porter handles the luggage, and the car is already waiting. It is quoted individually, because the Fast Track element is arranged per passenger and per terminal.
Every rate on this page is for the whole vehicle for the whole block, not per passenger. Four passengers pay what one passenger pays, and the hours are yours to spend as you like across the city.
The VIP Vito can be settled in cash directly with the driver, or invoiced with VAT if you need the paperwork. The E-Class and S-Class are invoiced with VAT included. Journeys outside Istanbul are quoted separately, since they involve intercity tolls and driver hours beyond a standard block.
Chauffeur packages are arranged personally rather than booked online, because availability depends on the day and on which vehicles are already committed to airport work.
